🇺🇸 Memorial Day Service Reminder 🇺🇸

In observance of Memorial Day, Tri-State Disposal’s office, transfer station, and residential hauling division will be closed on Monday, May 25th.

Residential collection will be delayed by one day during the holiday week:
• Monday (5/25) customers → Tuesday (5/26)
• Tuesday customers → Wednesday
• Wednesday customers → Thursday
• Thursday customers → Friday
• Friday (5/29) customers → Saturday (5/30)

✅ Set-out reminders:
• Have carts at the curb by 6:00 a.m. on your adjusted service day
• Leave 3 feet of clearance between carts
• Keep lids closed
• Bag all loose trash
• Recycling should be empty, clean, and dry

As we prepare for the long Memorial Day weekend, remember
Tri-State Disposal’s office, transfer station, and residential hauling division will be closed Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.

🚛 Residential collection will be delayed by one day that week, with pickups shifting from Monday 5/25 to Tuesday 5/26 through Friday 5/29 to Saturday 5/30.

This weekend, we remember and honor those who served and sacrificed. Wishing you and your family a safe Memorial Day weekend. 💚🇺🇸

Back on March 20th, one of our drivers reminded us what community is all about. And while this moment deserved recognition sooner, it was too meaningful not to share. ❤️

While out on his route, Chris Zander noticed an elderly resident trying to safely cross busy Kedzie Avenue. Without hesitation, Chris parked his truck, got out, and personally escorted them safely across the street.

Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear safety vests.

We’re incredibly proud to have people like Chris on our team — individuals who go above and beyond simply because they care about others.

Thank you, Chris, for representing Tri-State Disposal with kindness, compassion, and heart. 👏

Yesterday’s Scale Customer Appreciation Lunch with Kissed by Fire was a great one! Thanks to everyone who stopped by the scale for a bite and some good conversation. We hope you enjoyed the food as much as we did.
