Happy Columbus Day! 🇺🇸🇮🇹

Today, we celebrate the spirit of exploration, courage, and determination, while recognizing the rich history, traditions, and contributions of Italian Americans to our great nation.

As a proud Italian American, I am especially grateful for the generations who came before us, whose hard work, perseverance, and dedication helped shape the communities we are fortunate to call home.

Wishing everyone a safe and happy Columbus Day!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time to honor survivors, remember those we have lost, and stand alongside everyone currently fighting.

Today, we were honored to celebrate the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of Valmont Survivors Park in Commack, a beautiful new space dedicated to hope, healing, remembrance, and the incredible strength of survivors and their loved ones.

May this park always serve as a reminder that no one fights alone.

Today, we honor the Gold Star Mothers and Families who have endured an unimaginable loss in service to our nation.

We remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice, and we recognize the families who carry their memory and legacy forward each day.

May their sacrifice, and the sacrifice of their families, never be forgotten. 🇺🇸⭐

🏆 The Stanley Cup came home to Suffolk County!

We were proud to join the celebration welcoming home Sound Beach native and Miller Place High School graduate Brandon Bussi after an incredible Stanley Cup Championship with the Carolina Hurricanes.

From first putting on goalie equipment right here in Suffolk County to bringing home hockey’s most iconic trophy, Brandon’s journey is one our entire community can be proud of.

Congratulations, Brandon, and welcome home! 🏒🏆
