🚌 RIVER CITIES EXPRESS — Everything You Need to Know

We've heard your questions about the River Cities Express shuttle to Fan Fest, so here's a quick breakdown!

📍 WHERE TO CATCH THE BUS
The River Cities Express makes three stops in our area before connecting to Fan Fest:

1️⃣ Park University (Parkville, MO) — Parking in Lot E (in front of Herr House) or Lot C above the Mackenzie Entrance
2️⃣ Argosy Casino (Riverside, MO) — ⚠️ UPDATED STOP: The bus now picks up and drops off directly across the street from the casino's main entrance along NW Argosy Casino Parkway, next to the large parking lot. Look for the River Cities Express sign!
3️⃣ NKC Fan Fest Connector — 520 E. 19th Ave., North Kansas City, where a connecting shuttle takes you directly to Fan Fest at the National WWI Museum and Memorial.

You may have seen these three on the news. Vicente, Miguel, and Yamandú biked more than 10,000 miles from Argentina to be in Kansas City for the World Cup.

And where are they staying? Right here in Riverside!

We had the chance to chat with them during their visit, and we couldn't be more proud to be their home base during the biggest sporting event in the world.

Tonight, they'll watch Argentina take on Algeria at Kansas City Stadium, and we'll be cheering right along with them.

The River Cities Express launches TODAY at 1:00 PM!

Your affordable ride to Fan Fest is here. The River Cities Express shuttle will connect Park University in Parkville, Argosy Casino in Riverside, and the NKC Fan Fest Connector at 520 E. 19th Avenue in North Kansas City.

Today's hours: 1:00pm - 6:00pm.

Park University Pickup: Lot E in front of Herr House
Argosy Casino Pickup: Valet Entrance
NKC Pickup: Next to the Fan Fest Connector Shuttles

No advance tickets needed, just show up at your nearest stop and pay when you board!

Hours vary by day throughout Fan Fest, so check the schedule graphic below for times!

Single Ride: $5.00 per person

Orange took over Riverside Stadium this morning 🧡

The Netherlands National Team took the pitch for their official community training session ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Despite the heat, fans packed the stands in orange, and Oranje even gave the crowd a moment they will never forget, with players staying after to sign autographs for fans.

The event drew local, national, and international media, and our Riverside Police Department alongside surrounding agencies provided the team with a full es**rt and worked security at the stadium alongside the KC Current.

A huge thank you to the KC Current for executing an incredible event from start to finish. This is what it looks like when a small city plays host to the world.
