Today is the first day of June, a very exciting month at the Woodcrest Library. Lunch at the Library began today. Tomorrow is primary election day, and next week is the beginning of our Summer Reading Adventure. I have attached a calendar so you can plan out when you can come and join us. Read five books a week and receive prizes sponsored by Friends. Attend the special events, and keep reading for the chance to win grand prizes at the end of the program. Hope to see you soon!

$2 for a standard grocery store bag of books. Please bring a bag if you have one, and extras if you can spare them for others.

The books on the racks, shelves and tables outside the bookstore are included in the sale

It's May. Are you enjoying our beautiful spring weather? I am.
I'm providing the calendar of library events for May. It is not as full as usual, because the staff is busy getting ready for the Summer Reading Adventure and Lunch at the Library, both of which start in June. In addition, the Community Room will be a voting location for the June 2nd primary election, so it will be unavailable for activities during setup, election and tear down.
We hope you plan to join us for borrowing books, brick builders, story time, and arts and crafts for the children and Fit After Fifty, Crafting with Mindy and Book Club for the Adults. There will be much more coming in June and July. We look forward to seeing you soon. P.S. The Market place on our property is still being held on the first and third Saturdays of the month, but have changed their hours to 8AM-12 noon.
