And now… a moment for all the mommies & daddies to be 👶🍼💙💗

Future parents-to-be were celebrated at our Desert Hot Springs Family Resource center during a community baby shower where participants received gifts and prizes thanks to our partners from Molina Healthcare as well as information to programs and resources and they got to engage in activities related to postpartum wellness.

A triple celebration 🎉 this past Saturday, the community of French Valley celebrated the ribbon cutting of the French Valley Discovery Hangar, The French Valley Early Center & the Skyview Pedestrian Bridge. First 5 is a proud sponsor that contributed to the early learning portion of this awaited project which is going to serve multiple families needing high quality childcare. We are so excited for all the little ones who will soon make this site their own, where a lifelong love of learning, curiosity and friendships is set to soar.

Congratulations to all our partners who helped make this dream a reality.

Lots of memories were made while learning about animals at our annual event hosted by Animal Samaritans at our Desert Hot Springs and Mecca Family Resource Centers. Thank you to our partners who make this happen every year. Children learn how to care, value, respect and get interested in seeking a future career in helping animals thrive! Can’t wait to see you next year! 🐾
