We’re excited to introduce Early Education Business Program, a four-part series taught by providing practical business education for early education professionals.

Across four sessions, you’ll explore essential topics that can help strengthen your child care business:

🔹 Class 1: Business & Systems Mindset - Build a stronger foundation with strategic planning, business planning, and efficient systems.

🔹 Class 2: Automation & Technology Foundations - Explore digital organization, administrative tools, child care management software, and practical AI applications.

🔹 Class 3: Financial Management Essentials - Build your understanding of financial systems, bookkeeping, financial statements, and the Iron Triangle of quality, affordability, and sustainability.

🔹 Class 4: Human Resources Essentials - Strengthen recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and other HR processes.
