Public Hearing times are changing!

Beginning in July 2026, the City of Roanoke's Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, and Architectural Review Board will hold public hearings at 5:30 p.m.

This change is intended to improve public access and make it easier for community members to attend and provide input in the decision-making process.

♦️Meeting at Williamson Road Library: Now February 4
♦️Meeting at Gainsboro Library: Now February 7

Out of an abundance of caution, several of the Council Member Initiatives Community Meetings have been rescheduled.
Please take note of the following changes:

♦️Meeting at Melrose Library: Now February 2
♦️Meeting at Main Library: Now February 3
