ScaleUp America builds on the SBA's core mission by supporting communities’ efforts to deliver targeted intensive assistance to established high-potential small businesses and entrepreneurs that are primed for growth beyond the start-up or early stages. The objective of the initiative is to provide the necessary supports to help companies scale up and grow, while strengthening and enhancing local

entrepreneurial ecosystems around the specific needs of growth oriented entrepreneurs and firms resulting in their ability to produce measurable economic impact and job growth in local communities. ScaleUp is open to businesses out of the startup phase with between $150,000 and $750,000 in revenues.
