An exciting inside look at Roanoke County’s investment in workforce development! 🏗️ Our team recently joined the Salem-Roanoke County Chamber of Commerce and regional business leaders for a construction tour of the new Roanoke County Career and Technology Center (RCCTC), hosted by the Roanoke County Public Schools Career & Technical Education Department.

These tours highlight Roanoke County’s $80 million investment in career and technical education, giving industry representatives a preview of the new 125,000 SF state-of-the-art facility ahead of its early 2027 opening, while encouraging their support for the Roanoke County Public Schools Campaign for Excellence.

Virginia's Blue Ridge Restaurant Week is returning this September! 🍽️ Restaurants across our region are invited to take part in the second annual VBR Restaurant Week—a FREE opportunity to put your business in front of new customers and be part of a regional celebration of local food and dining.

Crumbl hosted their grand opening today at Old Country Plaza, bringing a new sweet spot to our community. This week's cookies are a tour of Europe with Creme Brûlée, Cannoli and Stroopwafel flavors in the lineup.

It was great to celebrate Salem Animal Hospital joining the Salem-Roanoke County Chamber and its recent expansion with a ribbon cutting yesterday. 🎉🐕 Earlier this year, Salem Animal Hospital was recognized as the “Roanoke County Small Business of the Year” at the Salem-Roanoke County Chamber’s Annual Awards Breakfast. Salem Animal Hospital also recently unveiled a state-of-the-art 9,000-square-foot expansion designed to provide an even higher level of care and comfort for pets and their owners. Congratulations to the entire Salem Animal Hospital team on this exciting milestone and continued success. We’re proud that they choose to do business in Roanoke County, Virginia!
