Better Agreements serves individuals in the New River and Greater Roanoke Valleys in building awareness, developing skills, and gaining access to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). It is choosing a constructive response to conflict that we tap our potential to build working relationships and mutually beneficial agreements. Services seek to support each participant in taking responsibility and a

lternatives to avoidance,destructive confrontation, prolonged litigation, or violence. Including Coordination of referrals for court connected mediation cases from Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts in the 27th Circuit: Bland, Floyd, Galax, Giles, Grayson, Montgomery, Pulaski, Radford and Wythe.
