But fear not - we'll be working with DoGood Virginia to come up with some new dates to offer this workshop as well as Understanding Conflict & Responding to Conflict.

We're kicking off our first workshop in our Conflict Resiliency Series with DoGood Virginia THIS MONDAY 4/20!

Are you curious about what's happening in the brain when we're experiencing conflict? Do you want to learn some helpful tips and information to help deescalate yourself and others?

Great news to start the new year with 🎉

We're honored and grateful to have been selected as a round up organization.

For those who may be unfamiliar with what that means, when you shop at the Roanoke Co+Op you have the option to "round up" your total at checkout. What you "round up" is what gets added to a donation fund for the featured organization. Its an awesome program and way to support local organizations doing great things locally 🎉

Peace begins in our homes before any other place. That's why we at The Bridge Institute are so committed to supporting children, youth and caregivers in our community with access to effective conflict reduction strategies so parents and co-parents can have the support they need to handle conflicts better.

These are some highlights from our 2025 co-parenting class, "Two Parents, Two Homes", that we wanted to share. This past year we provided this program to 297 parents and caregivers across Southwest Virginia!

We'll be offering these classes again throughout 2026 and just as a reminder our "Two Parents, Two Homes" class is:

✅ Court Approved (can satisfy court / CPS ordered co-parenting requirements)
✅ Effective and Engaging
✅ Offered In Person and Remotely
