Please come and join with us as we prepare to celebrate and commemorate our nation's 250th anniversary. The Roaring Brook Township Recreation Commission is planning a celebration at our township park on Sunday, June 14th beginning at 1:00pm. Our local boy scouts will proudly raise our flags on a newly installed flagpole at the park. There will be games and refreshments for those in attendance. We hope to see you then.

Roaring Brook Township Police are looking for anyone who may have been driving Route 435 Southbound (Heading towards Moscow) around noon today and witnessed a white pickup truck drop off a dog. The incident occurred around the area of Chico's Hill. The dog, a small Boston Terrier mix was left tied to the guide rail. Anyone with any information please reach out to the Roaring Brook Township Police at 570-342-9111.

Representatives from Dawood Engineering and PennDOT will present plans for the 307 bridge replacement project on Thursday, April 16th at the Roaring Brook Township Building beginning at 7:00pm.

Please use caution this morning if you are traveling Blue Shutters Road as there will be a litter clean up taking place. If you would like to help out they will be meeting at the park at 8:00am and hopefully finish by 11:00am.
