We have had several people inquire about the Senior Tar Heel Athletic Cards (STHAC): Here is some information about what they are from the NCHSAA website.

STHAC: Free discount card for individuals age 60+ that supports high school athletics.

*Regular Season Games: Acceptance is encouraged but optional and determined by each school. Call ahead to confirm acceptance for regular-season events.

*Playoffs: Accepted at ALL playoff events.

To obtain a free card, depending on your county of residence, cards are available through either
*Your local Area Agency on Aging (AAA),
* Senior Center, or
*both

We now have these available, please make sure you have your ID with you.

Tsali Care Center has officially opened its new “Bingo Bucks” Store, adding a fun new way for residents to enjoy one of their favorite activities! During Tuesday and Thursday bingo games, residents can earn Bingo Bucks to save and spend on special items at the store, located in the gift shop on the second floor of Tsali Care Center.

The Cherokee Indian Hospital Foundation is proud to support the launch by donating items to help stock the shelves, and we invite local businesses, organizations, and community partners to join us in keeping the store filled with items residents will enjoy. This is a great opportunity to make bingo even more rewarding and bring a little extra joy to our Tsali Care residents.
