🚧 NOTICE TO THE SEMINOLE COMMUNITY — SCHEDULED OUTAGE 🚧
The Water Authority will be performing necessary work on a water line along on Wayburn Rd on Wednesday, June 3th to make preparations for the county's Kings Landing road paving project.
🕘 Work is scheduled from 9:00 AM until approximately 3:00 PM.
Residents receiving water service along:
• Wayburn Rd
may experience temporary low water pressure or brief service interruptions during this time.

Our crews will make every effort to maintain normal service throughout the work; however, temporary pressure reductions may occur while repairs are underway.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this important maintenance to help ensure continued reliable water service for our community.

🚧 UPDATE: NOTICE TO THE SEMINOLE COMMUNITY — RESCHEDULED WORK 🚧

UPDATE 05/20/2026 2:50p.m. The crew has completed the maintenance to the water main. Pressure is being slowly restored to the area. Over the next few hours pressure may fluctuate in this area as we continue to flush our main lines. We appreciate your patience while our crew completed this repair.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the previously scheduled valve work has been rescheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, May 20, 2026.

The Water Authority will be performing necessary valve work on a water line along Three Rivers Rd near Wayburn Rd.

🕙 Work is scheduled from 10:00 AM until approximately 2:00 PM.

Residents receiving water service along:
• Three Rivers Rd
• Kings Landing
• Wayburn Rd

may experience temporary low water pressure or brief service interruptions during this time.

🚧 NOTICE TO THE WILCOX COMMUNITY 🚧

UPDATE 05/13/2026 4:54p.m. The crew has completed the repair to the broken water main. Pressure is being slowly restored to the area. Over the next few hours pressure may fluctuate in this area as we continue to flush our main lines. We appreciate your patience while our crew completed this repair.

5/13/26 – 9:50 AM
The Water Authority has been notified of a major water main leak on Patterson Rd in the Wilcox area. Due to the size and severity of the leak, repair work is beginning immediately.

🔧 What You Need to Know:
• Pressure Reduction: Water pressure in the Wilcox area will be reduced effective immediately to allow crews to safely complete repairs.
• Estimated Completion Time: Repairs are expected to be completed by approximately 4:00 PM today.

📍 Affected Areas:
Glass Rd, portions of Patterson Rd, Earnest Patterson Rd, and Boarder Lane.

Customers in these areas may experience reduced water pressure during the repair process.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as our crews work to restore normal service as quickly as possible. Updates will be provided as work progresses.

OUTAGE NOTICE

March 11,2026 8:11pm UPDATE - the damaged main has been isolated on HWY 90 from CR-87 to Brewer Rd. Approximately 1 mile along HWY-90 in the Elsanor community will be without pressure while we make this repair. The remainder of the system has had pressure restored. ETA on repairs is 1:00am.

March 11,2026 7:16pm In the Elsanor community, a contractor has damaged a water main on HWY 90. A repair team is currently in route to begin addressing the issue. The goal is to isolate the leak as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to resolving the problem promptly. Service is anticipated to be restored by approximately 1:00am. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period. We will be providing additional updates as we know more.

🚒💧 Fire Hydrant Maintenance Notice 💧🚒
Residents may notice crews working on fire hydrants in the coming days. The Water Authority has contracted a third-party service to inspect and repaint fire hydrants as part of routine system maintenance.

This work ensures hydrants remain in proper condition and are highly visible for emergency response. A location map is included in this post showing the area where this phase of the project will take place.

If you see crews working in the Elsanor and Seminole Community, please be assured this is scheduled maintenance. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as this important work is completed to help keep our community safe and well maintained.
