On Friday, we had the opportunity to celebrate an incredible 2025-2026 school year while also honoring two very special members of the Elsanor family on their retirement.

Mrs. Witherington dedicated all 27 years of her teaching career to Elsanor, pouring her heart into generations of students and making a lasting impact through her love and commitment to education.

Mr. Chris devoted 34 years to Elsanor, faithfully working to keep our school and grounds safe, welcoming, and well cared for for both our faculty and students. His hard work and dedication behind the scenes never went unnoticed.

Both Mrs. Witherington and Mr. Chris have left a legacy of service, love, and commitment that will forever be part of Elsanor. We are beyond grateful for the countless lives they have touched over the years.

Congratulations on your retirement! We wish you both many years filled with joy, relaxation, and new adventures.

STAR SEARCH! What an amazing talent show we had this afternoon! We have so much talent here at Elsanor! After much deliberation, the top three winners of Star Search are: 1) Juliet Beson, singing!; 2) Riley Jo Coleman, keyboard!; and 3) Emersyn Foley, Sidney Orr, and Kenadie Calvert, dancing! Congratulations to them and to everyone who participated in the show today!

Today we had a very special Synergy! We proudly recognized our students who achieved perfect attendance for the entire school year. Their dedication, commitment, and perseverance are something to celebrate, and we are so proud of each and every one of them for showing up and giving their best all year long! 🎉📚⭐️

We also had the exciting opportunity to officially welcome our new principal, Mr. Clay! Our students and staff enjoyed meeting him, and we are looking forward to the leadership, enthusiasm, and positivity he will bring to our school family. It was a wonderful day filled with celebration, excitement, and lots of school spirit! Happy Last Day of School!!
