Mrs. Jones 4th grade Science class, had some fun learning about plane waves! 🌊

We talked about and demonstrated the difference between plane waves and circular waves in a hands-on way. To bring our learning to life, the students lined up and created our very own “stadium wave”! 🙌🏼

This week Mrs. Brackin’s 4th grade reading class classified and categorized the different methods used by the blind for reading and writing. After learning about Louis Braille’s system, the students wrote their names in braille, took a mini field trip in their building reading braille, and learned how braille is still being used worldwide today all thanks to Louis Braille’s gift to the blind.
