On 12/12/2025 around 2231 hours, NTFD Engine 4 was dispatched to Hollywood Casino for a report of a RV Camper on fire. On arrival, the on duty crew observed heavy flames and smoke showing. 1’3/4 attack line was deployed to battle the flames. The flames were quickly extinguished with no injuries being reported.

• Keep space heaters at least 3 feet away from anything that can burn.
• Never leave heaters, fireplaces, or candles unattended.
• Have chimneys and fireplaces cleaned and inspected before use.
• Use only approved heating devices—never ovens or grills to heat your home.
• Check that smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are working properly.
• Plug space heaters directly into the wall, not extension cords.

On 08/25/2025, North Tunica Fire Department responded to 2 different incidents involving a vehicle fire. Both fires were quickly suppressed and no injuries were reported. Please use caution if you have to routine through an area and you observe emergency lights on scene.
