🚨 SUSPECT ACTING BIZARRELY ATTACKS POLICE OFFICER 🚨According to Pittsburg Police Department, KS an officer encountered a man in the parking lot of a library who began acting bizarrely, throwing personal belongings into the patrol car and removing his clothes. When the officer attempted to take him into custody, the situation quickly escalated into a physical struggle. Police say the suspect assaulted the officer during the confrontation. A Taser was deployed but reportedly had no effect. As the struggle continued, the officer fired his service weapon, striking the man. The suspect was transported to the hospital, where he later died. The officer was treated at the scene for injuries sustained during the altercation. The officer has been placed on administrative leave, which is standard procedure following an officer-involved shooting. The Kansas Bureau of Investigation has taken over the investigation. A manhunt was under way on Monday in central Florida as authorities searched for a man accused of shooting and killing an Orlando police officer.

The Orlando police department announced the death of Master Sgt Debra Clayton on Monday morning. A short time later, authorities said a second law enforcement officer was killed in a vehicle accident while searching for the suspect in Clayton’s killing.

The shooting occurred near a Walmart store in north-west Orlando earlier on Monday. The suspect was identified as Markeith Loyd, 41. Authorities said Loyd was a suspect of the murder of his pregnant ex-girlfriend last December.

🚨 TWO POLICE OFFICERS SHOT, PRAYERS REQUESTED 🚨 What began as the service of a search warrant quickly turned into a nightmare for law enforcement officers in New Jeresy. Atlantic City Police Department say two police officers were shot Tuesday afternoon while serving a warrant in the area of North Florida Avenue. One officer suffered life-threatening injuries, while the second officer's injuries were reported as non-life-threatening. The suspect was also shot during the violent encounter and later died. As emergency vehicles flooded the neighborhood and law enforcement secured the scene, residents watched in shock as another routine police operation turned deadly in an instant. 🚨💙 2 POLICE OFFICERS SHOT. K-9 KILLED IN THE LINE OF DUTY. PRAYERS REQUESTED 💙🚨 Two Chesterfield County Police, VA officers are fighting for their lives after being shot while responding to a domestic disturbance call. Their loyal K-9 partner, Knight, made the ultimate sacrifice and was killed in the gunfire. According to police, officers rushed into a home after a terrified mother reported her son was firing a gun inside the residence and attempting to break into the room where she had barricaded herself. As officers entered to protect her, they were met with gunfire from a suspect armed with a long gun. Both officers were struck and underwent emergency surgery. They remain hospitalized in critical but stable condition. Police officials say doctors are still uncertain about their long-term survival. 💔 K-9 Knight was also shot during the confrontation and died from his injuries. The suspect was wounded in the exchange of gunfire and remains hospitalized under police custody while facing multiple felony charges.
