School flu forms should be coming home with your student this week. It is a privilege to offer this service to our students. It may not be their favorite but you can rest assured we will do our best to help you protect them from the flu. Forms should be turned in to the school no later than September 15. Flu season is upon us! Our flu clinic will begin September 5, 2017. Walkins are welcome but regular scheduled appointments will be seen first. Please bring all insurance cards including Medicare Supplement Insurance cards.

Make sure your preteens are up to date on recommended vaccines. If they are entering 7th grade next year go ahead and get the required Tdap and Meningitis vaccines. If they haven't started or completed the HPV series call the health department for more information.
