Gates Public Library will be CLOSING EARLY on Saturday, September 5th at 1:00PM and will be CLOSED all day on Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day. Our outdoor book drop will be open 24/7. We will reopen on Tuesday, September 8th.

During pregnancy and the post-partum period, hormonal surges and shifting biomechanics commonly induce musculoskeletal challenges such as low back pain, pelvic girdle dysfunction, and joint laxity. Management relies primarily on physical therapy, targeted exercises, and activity modification rather than medication.

Come join us on Saturday, September 12 from 1-2:30PM for our Come Paint with Me: Fall Leaves program!

Always wanted to paint using the watercolor technique but don't know where to begin? All levels of painting experience are welcome whether you are a total beginner or have painted before. Deb Coller will provide instruction and guidance in creating your own artwork. There is no wrong way to watercolor paint! All materials will be provided although if you own a clipboard, please bring it to class to hold your painting.

Registration is requested due to limited space. Please call us and let us know if you cannot make it so that any waiting list participant can attend.
