Wednesday Morning DAFO!

If you have a Default Warrant for your arrest, drive around Rochester!

Officers this morning placed Jeff Jackson under arrest. Mr. Jackson had a Default Warrant for his arrest out of Wareham District Court for Possession of a Class B Drug.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

SATURDAY's DAFO

Another Saturday… another reminder that DAFO has consequences.

Team RPD encountered Francis B Lezotte, who had an active Default Warrant for his arrest, issued by Barnstable District Court for the following charge:

⚖️ Violation of a 209A Abuse Prevention Order

But wait…there’s more.

During the encounter, he was also found to be operating a motor vehicle with a REVOKED registration due to insurance.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

CURRENT PRISONER ALERT- THE PAW PATROL EDITION

Team RPD currently has a four-legged prisoner in custody after this suspicious character was located wandering in the area of 110 Quaker Lane.

Charges are currently pending for:

Being Criminally Adorable
Unlicensed Paw-trolling
Failure to Provide a Valid Driver’s License
Possession of Treats With Intent to Devour
Attempting to Bribe Officers With Tail Wags

The suspect is currently being held at Hotel RPD, where he has requested an attorney, a bowl of water, and approximately 37 treats.

Unlike some of our other guests, this prisoner has been very cooperative, hasn’t DAFO’d, and appears to have no outstanding warrants…although we’re still checking with the K9 Unit.
