We will be hosting our first official Push/Pull event on August 21st! This will be an non-sanctioned event open to the public, but we will be following standard USAPL meet rules to keep things running smoothly! We will be doing a cash payout for event winners as well as tons of prizes and giveaways throughout the event!

Registration will be live on our website Monday, June 28th

This honestly has been one of the coolest transformations I have witnessed first hand. These are 20 weeks apart, and the biggest shock is weighs the exact same in both sitting around 220lbs In both photos.
This is the definition of consistency. When you check the boxes day in and day out, and apply yourself to the process.

His goal was to get leaner for summer, but to be able to get stronger and build muscle. I think he has just done that. This is not easy to do. So I am extremely proud of him. Great work.

Coach Kelsey - “My name is Kelsey Beck. I was involved in various sports growing up, but nothing really stuck. It wasn't until college where I stepped into the gym, fell in love with weight lifting and haven't looked back since! I have competed in the Bikini division of the NPC but am not an active competitor currently, I just live the lifestyle! I am passionate about health, wellness and fitness and look forward to helping you achieve your goals, whatever they may be!”

He has a very labor intensive job so he has a harder time gaining weight. We have been able to keep changing the food to optimize his digestion to allow him to eat more than ever before. Give him a follow and watch him keep transforming.

His goal is to step on a stage and compete.
