Recently, a patron at Penfield Public Library visited our Digital Literacy volunteer for help editing her family history book. Carol walked away with a better understanding of Microsoft Word and can now digitally document and preserve her family's history.

Living without a device is a barrier for many trying to complete everyday tasks. From paying online gas and electric bills, uploading a child's homework assignment, or to manage personal finances. Many customers we help access online services through a device at their local library and our volunteers are always ready to help!
