ARSYS was founded in 2002 and our name is an acronym that stands for A Road to Support Your Self. ARSYS was established in 2002 working with children and adults with developmental disabilities and mental health disorders. We provide In-Home Support Services, Residential Care, Respite Services, and Community Support Services.

ARSYS is currently hiring for a full-time House Supervisor position for our Hillside house with hourly pay starting at $17/hr to $20/hr. Job experience will be considered.

This house currently serves 4 younger male individuals with mild to moderate developmental disabilities.

Basic job functions include but are not limited to; staff management, medication management, monthly funds tracking, scheduling, activity scheduling, payroll, billing, care plan development, and onsite shifts.
