With Spring right around the corner, it's time to dust off the gloves and bats and gear up for Baseball! If you have a child who is interested in participating in the 2024 Tri-Town Youth Baseball season, registration has begun! You can access more information about the league, as well as the registration form on the Rochester Recreation Department web site at http://rochestervermont.org/tritown/.
Parents and families -- we also need Team Parents to help this program run smoothly, and to support our eager athletes! Please consider joining our efforts to restore and maintain the fields, run the snack shack, and assist with fundraising. In addition, each team (Tee Ball, Rookies, Minors, and Majors) needs a head coach and ideally 2-3 assistants to instruct, drill, support, and mentor our amazing kids! If you are considering being a Team Parent, coach, sponsor, umpire, etc., please email me at [email protected] with your interest and availability.
At this point, youth in the Tri-Town area who are interested in playing Majors will be combined with athletes from Bethel and South Royalton. You can reach out to me or email Adam Stearns at [email protected] for more information and additional registration paperwork.
Please return completed Tri-Town registration paperwork along with the associated fees by March 15, 2024 to any of the following: Rochester School, Stockbridge School, or the Rochester Town Office. Thank you, and we're looking forward to an awesome season! Play ball!
