The Housing Authority of the City of Rochester, NH a/k/a Rochester Housing Authority has operated since 1964 after being created by the Rochester City Council to provide housing to those in need. Rochester Housing Authority provides housing for approximately 500 families in the City with 182 HCV Vouchers, 12 units on Magic Ave. in East Rochester, 12 units on Felker Street in Gonic, 72 units at Wya

ndotte Falls, 76 units at Wellsweep Acres and 60 units at Cold Spring Manor. The Rochester Housing Authority also manages 58 tax credit units at Linscott Court and 12 units at Emerson Court. We are currently developing a 12 unit elderly tax credit property called Marsh View Housing for the Elderly which we are hoping to start leasing in April, 2013.
