Action for a Better Community's Action Front Center provides evidence-based HIV, STD and Hepatitis C prevention, HIV counseling and testing, access to care, and supportive services for people living with HIV and those at risk. All services are free, confidential, and available in English and Spanish.

🎙️🎙️On August 30th at 1001 Lake Ave. from 11 am - 4 pm Exploration Charter School is hosting a Community Book Bag Drive. This is a free event for the kids and families. There will be a limited supply of free book bags on a first come, first served bases. Food and drinks will be available. Activities for the kids include a bounce house, face painting, free haircuts and hair stylist. Music will be provided by WDKX. Come join the festivities and get his new school year started off with style.

PrEP doesn't protect against other STI's, so using a condom is still recommended. PrEP now has an injection that provides protection from HIV for 6 months. That's 2 shots a year and your completely protected from getting HIV.
