We are so proud of our CEO, Jen Ufkin, RN, MSN, BC-NC and our Rehab Director Karen Krause, PT, COS-C, AIB-VRC, for presenting at the New England Home Care & Hospice Conference earlier this month. Jen spoke on "Transforming Workforce Development: Lessons from Hiring New Graduates" and the New England home health nurse residency program. Karen spoke on "Regional Fall Statistics and Collaborative Efforts with Local Emergency Services" focused on strengthening fall prevention strategies. They share their expertise often in the community, and we are incredibly grateful for the knowledge, dedication, and leadership they bring to our organization.
