TNR underground railroad was created to unite Colony managers, to have voice on Trap,neuter,release, and our communities ability to save feral cats from trap and kill. The old mindset of an old generation that need to change the way they handle a people created problem, inhumane ways, we have change the laws, to save the feral cat from death sentences, TNR, RTF, it works!
