Good Afternoon! As of Friday April 24th we are done with leaf pickup until the fall! If you have any additional leaves left please bag them for your garbage pickup! Thank you for your patience and cooperation!

Good afternoon! UPDATE on Leaves! As we finish up getting through the whole town this week we will be going through the whole town 1 more time next week! If you have any additional leaves please get them to the curb because After next Friday we will be done picking up leaves until the fall. We ask if U have anymore piles out at the road that you keep your vehicles away from the leaves so we can get them! Thank U!

Good Morning! UPDATE on Leaves starting Monday April 13th we will be sending a few leaf trucks out starting on Monday’s route and working our way to Friday’s routes. Please continue to rake and get your leaves to the curb we will be going through the Town 2 times and will be done after that till Fall! Please continue to keep your leaves and brush piles separate! Update: We are actively working to address the excessive flooding throughout the town. Please note that this issue may not be attributed to clogged storm sewers, but rather the unprecedented amount of rainfall that has exceeded the system's capacity. We appreciate your patience as the system works to catch up. You may also experience flooding in your yard due to the ground being overly saturated, unable to absorb the water immediately. Please allow time for the ground to absorb the excess water. Additionally, street catch basins may be clogged with debris; if possible, please assist by inspecting and clearing any blockages.

GATES RESIDENTS Our leaf collection team has been working diligently to address areas that were not completed this fall. We will be concluding our collection efforts by April 17th. Please rake any remaining leaf piles near the road for pickup. Kindly note that sticks and brush should not be mixed with these piles. Thank you

Our last post created quite the discourse. We deleted a few comments that used vulgar and/or offensive language. You can have disagreements, but please be civil and polite to each other. Thank you.

As for folks with questions or concerns about leaves: Check our previous posts. We started picking up leaves on September 29 and worked continuously, including holidays and Saturdays, up to Thanksgiving. At that point, we had gone past every house in town SIX times. Our guys took the holiday to get a break and spend time with their families. We were picking up leaves yesterday. Obviously, we couldn't pick up leaves today. Our seventh pass is taking some time because of the worsening weather, and the conversion of the fleet over to snow. We are going to continue to pick up leaves until we can't. We're sorry you have to wait, but we have no control over when the leaves drop, when people decide to rake, or what the weather does.
