PathStone Corporation Reentry Services- Western NY

PathStone Corporation Reentry Services- Western NY Participants are supported in setting goals, building soft skills, and preparing for employment in a field of their interest.

PathStone is a visionary, diverse organization empowering individuals, families and communities to attain economic and social resources for building better lives. Through our Western NY training & employment programs, justice-involved individuals are empowered to take the next steps toward success in work, school, and life. We operate primarily across Orleans, Monroe and Ontario Counties, and our

range of supports offer resources, skill-building opportunities, free industry recognized training and certifications, and more. About Our Programs:

Employment Focused Services (EFS) is available to unemployed individuals across the region who are under the supervision of local probation or referred to us by the court. Young Adult Reentry (YAR) is for people ages 18-24 who may or may not have had a brush with the law and live in Rochester or Buffalo. YAR helps participants obtain high school equivalency, navigate post-secondary education, and connect to career opportunities. Young Adult Reentry Partnership (YARP), a collaboration between PathStone, SUNY Erie and MCC, is a training program offering certification in high-demand industries and job placement supports. Eligible participants are residents of Monroe or Erie County residents ages 18 - 24 with current or past criminal justice involvement. Step Up Program is designed to help young people develop life and leadership skills, make educational gains, and prepare for a job. Residents of Monroe County between ages 18-24 are eligible to participate. To learn more about our programs and how to enroll, send us a message or contact Emily Sorenson, Director of Training & Employment Services, at [email protected] or 585-802-5190.
