Heather was renting and wanted a space of her own to entertain her adult children and grandchildren. She heard about NCP’s first-time homebuyer program—CHP—and gave us a call.

Join us at our new Rochester location on Saturday, August 15 for a day of learning all about home ownership! The class starts at 8:45 am. Don’t forget that we have a new location.

Our new location is 130 East Avenue, Suite 200, Rochester.

We have a team of experts available to provide you with lots of information and answer all your questions. These typically include mortgage bankers, real estate agents, home inspectors, and real estate attorneys.

You’ll come away with access to down payment and closing cost assistance grants and loans, as well as a Homebuyer Education Certificate valid for one year.

Class fee is $75.
