Many people spend a tremendous amount of energy navigating social expectations that may not come naturally to them, from maintaining eye contact to interpreting nonverbal cues and making small talk.

When we better understand those differences, it becomes easier to create conversations where everyone feels respected, understood, and included.

A huge thank you to the local letter carriers who participated in the USPS Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive this past weekend. Thanks to your hard work and the generosity of our community, 1,723 lbs. of food was collected in the 14618 zip code to support Brighton Food Cupboard, surpassing last year’s total of 1,431 lbs.

We’re also so grateful to the volunteers who helped pick up and sort donations to make sure this food reaches neighbors facing hunger. Thank you for showing up for one another and our community in such a meaningful way.
