They have been at the motel since November 2024 and have been through alot of ups and downs. Missy losing her job right before christmas 2024 and not finding employment until recently and now Jennie is on the verge of losing her job due to budget cuts.
They dont want to go into a shelter, that would mean Nyxiecat would have to be given up and emotionally it would feel like failure to both humans.

their end goal is to find a Home, but for now its to keep Their room at the motel until then.
