Do you need essential repairs to make your home safe and healthy? The Housing Development Corporation of Rock Hill will be offering an Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Class for Rock Hill homeowners on Saturday, October 3. The class will teach you about HDC's different programs and how to apply. The training begins at 10 AM at City of Rock Hill Neighborhood Services,150 Johnson Street.
