🍎 Fruit – Offers important vitamins, minerals, and natural nutrients that support student health.

🥛 Milk – Provides calcium, vitamin D, and protein to help support strong bones and healthy growth.

🥗 Vegetables – A variety of colorful vegetables are offered throughout the week, including dark green, red/orange, beans, and other vegetable choices to provide important vitamins, minerals, and fiber.

🍎 Fruit – Fresh, frozen, canned, or dried fruits are offered to provide essential nutrients and natural energy.

🌾 Grains – Whole grain-rich foods provide carbohydrates for energy, along with fiber and important nutrients that support student health.

🍗 Meat/Meat Alternates – Foods such as poultry, beef, fish, eggs, cheese, yogurt, beans, and other protein sources help support growth and keep students feeling satisfied.

🥛 Milk – Low-fat and fat-free milk options provide calcium, vitamin D, and protein to support strong bones and healthy development.

Through FFVP, students can:
