Child and Youth Services in conjunction with Army Community Services will be hosting two events in February to bring awareness to Teen Dating Violence. Join us on February 4th for the Deer Run Neighborhood Awareness Walk, and on February 18th for a game night. Please see flyers for more information.

Teen Volunteer Event at the Animal Shelter:

All CYS registered 6th-12th grade teens are invited to join us for a volunteer event at Kings Harvest Animal Shelter on Saturday, December 6th from 10:00AM-12:30 PM. We will be providing much needed care and enrichment to the shelter dogs and cats. Teens will be transported to/from the shelter by CYS bus. Service-learning time will be awarded. Teens must RSVP to 309-782-5019 or 309-782-6515 by 1 December to attend. We hope to see your teen there!

THANKS TO THE GENEROSITY OF AUSA!

The Holiday Meal is happening on Thursday, November 13 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in Heritage Hall — and pre-orders are now open!
Follow these quick steps to grab your meal:

1. Go to this website. https://webtrac.mwr.army.mil/webtrac103/wbwsc/rockislandrectrac.wsc/wbsplash.html?wbp=1
2. Find the turkey photo labeled “Nov 13 Holiday Meal” in the middle of the page and click it.
3. Choose your meal type (Adult or Child) and click the shopping cart icon in the bottom left of description.
4. Fill out your info, then click Add to Cart.
5. Confirm your order and select “Proceed to Checkout.”
6. Enter your payment method and click Continue — done!

Adults: $10.00 all you can eat
Kids 12 and under: $5.00 all you can eat

Tickets will also be available for purchase on-site on day of event.
