The Breast and Cervical Cancer Program provides free or low cost breast and cervical cancer screening for women without insurance between the ages of 35-64 years old. The goals of the program are to increase early detection of breast and cervical cancer through regular mammogram and Pap test screening. The Cancer Treatment Act serves ineligible for IBCCP.
