⚡ Farm & Equipment Safety Reminder ⚡
As harvest begins, we remind you to make time and plan for electrical safety. We care about our members! Working around electrical lines and farm equipment requires extra caution. A few simple safety steps can help prevent serious injuries:
🌾 Train others on electrical hazards
🚜 Make safety the first priority before starting work
📏 Wait to unfold equipment until you’re well into the field
👀 Always use a spotter around power lines
⚠️ Stay in the cab if equipment contacts a power line
📞 Call 911 and stay inside the cab unless there’s a fire
Take a few extra seconds to look up, look around, and stay safe.
