When your brain says, “You’re not overreacting…”

…and then you take a step back and realize… maybe you need a little perspective. 😂

Sometimes therapy can be a place to slow down, sort through what you’re feeling, and look at things from a different angle. Not because every reaction is “crazy,” but because sometimes it helps to have someone outside the situation help you make sense of it. 💚

It's time to accept that your mental health is just as important as your physical health.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), anxiety and depression are among the leading causes of disability worldwide. Yet millions of people continue to struggle in silence, often waiting until they're overwhelmed before reaching out for help.

Your mental health matters. Your story matters. And you deserve support.
