The trails at Stewart offer a little bit of everything. Including 18 miles of gravel roads and more than 22 miles of singletrack. Mountain biking

The layout of the area takes full advantage of the landscape which consists of a mix of wetlands, fields and forest.

Anna Bee lost a set of Honda keys with a little grey key fob today somewhere between Giles rd and new rd ( went Giles to drake to new, turned left and did 3 total miles and then back) . If anyone finds these keys please message me here. Thank you!

****Status Update 4/03/2022****
Who's ready for another great season at Stew? The snow is long gone and the mud isn't bad at all. There are a couple of spots like Schofield and Rock wall that are still wet in a few sections but otherwise the place is ready to shred. So what are you waiting for? Stewey is now back open for mountain biking, regular firearm season is over.

Note: Bowhunting and Muzzleloading is still active until January 1st so same rules apply as early hunting season. During this time it’s safe to ride, but recommend wearing bright orange and try to avoid riding solo if you can.

Just a reminder that Hunting Season begins today 11/20. Stewart is now closed for mountain biking until 12/12. By no means should you attempt to ride during this time unless you have a death wish.

If you need to ride check out Camp Orange, Port Jervis, Lippman or Walnut Mtn. They are all hunter free locations. Stay safe out there and we'll see ya again come FATTY Season!

****Status Update 11/03/2021****

Wanted to share some info about hunting and riding at Stew. Hunting season starts in October (Bow and Muzzle) and goes through to Nov. 19th. During this time it’s safe to ride, we do recommend wearing bright orange and try to avoid riding solo. Most of the hunters are cool and it's easy to share the land and get along.

From Nov. 20th - Dec 15th Stew is OFF LIMITS. Stay clear of the place and let the hunters do their thing. There are plenty of other hunter free places to ride like Camp Orange MTB and WaterShed Trails of Port Jervis to name a few. Stay safe and rip it!
