β˜€οΈ Limit outdoor activities during the hottest part of the day (10 AM–4 PM).
🏠 Check on elderly neighbors, family members, and anyone without air conditioning.
πŸ‘• Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing and take frequent breaks if working outdoors.
🐾 Make sure pets have plenty of fresh water and shade, and avoid walking them on hot pavement.
