Tonight is the night!!

Rockaway Borough: National Night Out is Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Rockaway Borough Police invites the community to come out from 6pm to 9pm at Fireman’s Field in Rockaway Boro to celebrate a FREE fun family night out! There will be a helicopter landing around 615pm followed by Warrior Professional Wrestling at 730pm.

This awesome bicycle helmet was found at Memorial Park next to police station on Thursday July, 30…If anyone knows the owner, it can be picked up at Rockaway Borough Town Hall!!!

UPDATED: Please be advised that on Wednesday 7/22/26 (weather permitting) beginning early morning the Park Lake dam parking lot and surrounding areas of the path will be closed for critical tree work. We anticipate all areas will reopen in the afternoon.. Thank you for your patience as we continue to make our recreational areas as safe as possible for all..

Temporary small path detour at Park Lake near the dam out of an abundance of caution with dead tree limbs hanging overhead.. We plan to have the area fully reopened later next week. Thank you for your patience..
