🎉 Happy Friday!! 🎉

The Brightpoint Doula Program has been working hard—and continues to work hard—to support and serve expecting families in our community! 💛

So far, our Doula Program has proudly served 18 families! 👏🏼 Our doulas provide support throughout pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum, while also connecting families with valuable resources, services, and community supports throughout their time with our program. 🤰🏽👶🏼💕

Our Doula Program is proudly funded by the Winnebago County Community Mental Health Board the ½-cent sales tax. We are incredibly grateful for their continued support, which allows us to serve and support families each quarter. 🙌🏼

💜 What a wonderful way to start the day!

Thank you to our friends at The Arc of Winnebago, Boone and Ogle Counties for inviting our team to join them for Dreaming The Dream, Great Dream Machine Breakfast this morning. As fellow organizations serving participants across our Northern Region communities, we're proud to work alongside such a dedicated partner.

Mornings like this are a reminder that no one does this work alone. When community organizations come together to connect, share ideas and support one another, families have an even stronger network of care surrounding them.

Mid-week already, and we are reflecting on how grateful we are for the incredible partnerships we have throughout our community! 💛

Thank you to PSI's The Climb - Team Rockford, IL for inviting us! It was so wonderful connecting with a strong community of families, providers, and other service organizations working together to support families through the postpartum.

and a thank you to NorthPointe Birth Center for inviting us to Meet a Doula Day! Events like these are such a wonderful opportunity to help families connect with doulas and learn more about the support available to them during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

We’re so thankful for the organizations and community partners who make it possible for us to continue connecting with and supporting families. 💛
