Stress-Busting for Caregivers Is Postponed Until July 8th!

Beginning July 8th – September 2nd, every Wednesday for 9 weeks caregivers will learn ways to improve their quality of life while caring for older loved ones. These classes will include ways to identify stress and its effects, while practicing stress management techniques and developing problem solving skills.

The Stress-Busting Program (SBP) for Family Caregivers ™ is an evidence-based program that provides support to family caregivers of persons with dementia.
