When: Saturday, January 17, 2026, the doors open at 5:30 pm (Gather/Auction/Trading Post 5:30pm; Dinner/Program 6:15pm)

Where: Holiday Inn, 800 S. Illinois Route 31, Crystal Lake, IL 60014

Cost: $35 for members and guests; $30 for any individuals that completed their Ordeal Ceremony in 2025; last day to register is January 4, 2026; register by December 22 to receive an event patch

- Please arrive from 5:00 PM -7:30 PM (7:00 PM for Ordeal Candidates), please park and then head directly to the Main Lodge for Check-In. Make sure to eat dinner beforehand.

-Lastly, bring your excitement for Conclave! This is going to be a fun event filled with Fellowship and Cheerful Service!
