This moment reflects four incredible years of service as a Tier 1, Enlisted Accessions Air Force recruiter in Rockledge, Florida, and I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has supported me along the way. A huge thank you to all those who helped me through the last four years in recruiting—your encouragement made all the difference. Special thanks to my squadron leadership for their unwavering support as I took on bigger initiatives. On to the next chapter! 🇺🇸💪

I made it to my new assignment! And have started my new position as Ground Transportation Superintendent assigned to the 1st Special Operations Logistics Readiness Squadron, 1st Special Operations Mission Support Group, 1st Special Operations Wing at Hurlburt Field, Florida, I support one of the Air Force’s premier special operations units. I lead transportation operations that enable rapid response and agile combat support for missions across the globe. By managing fleet readiness, personnel development, and logistical coordination, I help ensure our wing can deliver precision aerospace power, specialized mobility, and intelligence support in alignment with national priorities. Proud to be part of a team that stands at the forefront of Air Force Special Operations Command.

Feels like yesterday!

I have never seen any Guidance Counselor so involved and invested in students as much as Ms Larson! She has such an amazing relationship with all of her students and truly wants the best for them.

Before I reached this recruiting assignment I was given her contact information and she was so welcoming! She has been a blessing to me and to help spread the word of the ! She always has some Air Force swag to hand out to students. And she lets them know how much enlisting has done for her family. Her son enlisted out of my office (Rockledge) as an Air Traffic Controller and since then he completed college and commissioned. Now he flies one of the most advanced fighter jets in the world!!

She has given me the opportunities to talk to the students about the amazing educational opportunities the Air Force provides through ‘s Community College of the Air Force. And will make them talk to me about their future goals and plans to see if I can help them out.

This is why I presented her with an Honorary Recruiter Certificate today. She has been my best influencer and has provided and the some amazing recruits who are now Airmen serving around the globe!
