Parents,

Summer school begins on June 1 and runs Monday – Thursday through the end of June. Our last day is June 25th.

Students should be on campus by 8:15 on their first day of arrival so we can get you into the class you need to be in.

Summer school hours are 8:30 to 3:30. Students only need to stay as long as it takes to complete their course work. Once your requirements are met you are free to go.

If you are unable to come on the start of summer school, you are welcome to come at a different date but are expected to come every day until your requirements are met.

You are not free to come and go from summer school as you please. Check outs are acceptable but to check back in the same day, a Dr. Note is required.

There are no discipline issues during summer school. Students will be given one warning, and any repeat issue will result in students not being asked to return.

All students needing summer school have been pre-registered and entered so all you need to do is show up.

Many of the students needing summer school were already sent notices but if you had a late second semester failure its possible you were not notified of that when letters went out originally.

Conversely, it is possible that you received a letter, but your student did not end up failing the class. If that is the case, you do not need to come at all or even contact us.

Attention parents of recent grads:

Congrats to you all for getting your child through high school! That is definitely not an easy task! Rockledge High School does have a need however… Each year we give out anywhere from 50 to 100 gowns and caps because families cannot afford it. We usually have a stock pile of gowns and caps that have been donated back to us each year, but we are down to nothing. If you know, your child will never use that gown again for anything, please turn it into the front office and just say that you're donating it back to the school. We will gently take care of it and prepare it for another graduate next year that is in need. We greatly appreciate these donations! It takes a village! 🎓♥️

3D Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Center is offering sports physicals for $10, first come, first served. You can also get the ECG done at the same time, you just need to register using the QR code. (No registration needed for the physical alone).
$10 donation for the physical and additional $20 for the ECG. They will donate the money received for the physicals BACK to our school!
It’s a WIN-WIN for everyone!
