The Parke County Republican Party is pleased to announce that Kevin Stalker has been appointed to fill the unexpired term of Parke County Prosecutor. He will take office beginning October 1.

Kevin currently serves as chief deputy prosecutor.

Thank you and best wishes for the future to Steve Cvengros, who has served as prosecutor for several years.

Notice of Caucus of the Parke County Republican Party

The Parke County Republican Party will hold a caucus to fill the unexpired term of office of the Parke County Prosecutor. Precinct committeemen from all seventeen precincts will convene in caucus to consider eligible applicants. The caucus will be held on September 15, 2026 at 6:30 PM at Bridge 61 in Rockville. The caucus will be conducted per Indiana Republican Party rules.
Interested persons must meet all requirements for holding said office, as well as be a Republican in good standing.
Interested persons are required to file form CEB-5 with the County Chairman no later than close of business on September 11, 2026.
