Parke County Drug Court Tackling Drugs and Changing Lives

The Parke County Drug Court is a deferred prosecution program involving the Parke Circuit Court, prosecutor, public defender and local treatment providers. The drug court allows eligible participants to avoid criminal prosecution by agreeing to complete a substance abuse treatment program, remain alcohol and drug free and complete other program requirements as determined by the Judge. Participants

must complete the drug court in its entirety and may not have any additional arrests during the course of the program.
