Congratulations to U.S. Marine Corps Captain Stephanie Simon, who won her professional boxing debut on September 27.

Simon was inducted into the U.S. Marine Corps Boxing Hall of Fame as a three-time collegiate national boxing champion, a five-time amateur national boxing champion, and an Olympic trials champion for 2024.

This was after President John F. Kennedy signed a presidential proclamation calling for it to be flown “at all times during the day and night.”
