Preregistration for Tuesday 8/11 Measles Vaccine Clinic. Clinic is on 8/11 from 1-6pm at the REMC Pavilion at the Parke County Fairgrounds.

🚨 Public Service Announcement 🚨
If you think you or your child may have the measles, please call your healthcare provider before going to the clinic, urgent care, or emergency department.

Calling ahead allows the healthcare team to:
• Prepare for your arrival
• Help prevent the spread of measles to other patients, visitors, and staff
• Give you instructions on where to go and what to do when you arrive

Measles is highly contagious, but taking this simple step can help protect infants, older adults, people with weakened immune systems, and others who may be at higher risk.

If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, red eyes, and a rash—or have been exposed to someone with measles—contact your healthcare provider right away for guidance.

The Parke County Health Department is Partnering with the Indiana Department of Health to host a MMR vaccine clinic. The clinic will take place Tuesday 8/11 from 1pm till 6pm at the Parke County Fairgrounds, just north of Rockville on US Highway 41.
